did a minor reccke at Breeze@Scarlet Hotel, Tango's & Cha Cha Bar over the weekend, i've decided to settle for my favorite and the most practical one. coz I aint spending 500 bucks just to book half the premise for only 3 hours, neither do i fancy merry-making amongst somewhat chinah and unfamiliar environment. well okay i am bias la.
