Not to try to bitch about something insignificant, but doesn't this change negatively affect the people who did not know about the competition until after the first week? After all, if you didn't know about it at all, then you weren't deciding not to pick intentionally. Plus, many of the first week matchups would have been easier to pick than the current ones, since many of them were nonconference matchups with a weaker team vs. a stronger team.

Ok, I can see where you are coming from... So, I have a solution: I will add up the percentages both ways - including all weeks people picked and subtracting people's worst weeks. Then, if the subtraction benefits everybody, I will keep those scores. If it doesn't help everybody's percentage then I will keep the original formula. This was supposed to be a fun little dorky football pool - sorry that is has bothered people and has needed changes. I will try to accomodate everyone's wishes as much as possible.
