Anybody have any advice for passing Div II/writing a Div II retro, MCP, etc, etc?

I had an an astonishingly miserable time with the retrospective and MCP, even though there was no danger that I wouldn't pass Div II.

I can show you what I ended up with, or would be happy to answer specific questions.

Thanks. I'm not entirely sure. I also have to write a community service evaluation for the farm center and have Nancy look it over and sign it...
