Thanks. I've heard multiple stances on that, because while some consider wisdom teeth removal a dental process, it is "oral *surgery*". I will check with my insurance; though apparently the one that my parents have me on doesn't really work in MA. What fun.
I got my wisdom teeth taken out by Dr Rhicard (413-534-3337) in South Hadley. He does not use general anesthesia which means that 1) you are not sick for three days after 2) there is a far smaller chance of complications 3) it costs a lot less
I highly recommend him. He is extremely skilled.
As for dental insurance, you are better off stuffing money in a box every month and using it to pay for dental bills.
If I recall correctly, it was a little under $300 per tooth, but I could be wrong.
