I use Jaikoz from the MusicBrainz project. It seems mostly worky unless your mp3s are properly knackered.

Winamp does it pretty well with its Media Library these days although I think it just catalogues rather move stuff around.

Also, iTunes is Satan, iPlayer is good :) http://bbc.co.uk/iplayer

Whoops, I did of course mean iTunes

I had somebody else mention winamp, which I thought was just a player, will look into it
