1. balance transfer for outrageous credit cards about to go through onto one. no interest for 6 months!

2. more then likely a promotion at work after the christmas season.

3. lost is on tonight.

4. found our dream bedroom set at crate and barrel. obsessed.

5. was told we can look into houses 6 months - 1 year after we are married.

here is a link to the set.. its a charcoal gray stained wood with a micro-suede panel set in the headboard. chris is obsessed with platform beds! also, the knobs are a pewter color which makes it even better! its so perfect, we love it.

yes, we want to stay in bayview. if you dont mind my asking, what is the average asking price around here? it seems to be 200k?

about 200 for a small 2 or 3 bedroom. house nextdoor to ours just sold for 237. a 2 bedroom down the street sold for 199. we bought ours for 157 and it was just appraised at 200.

You could move out to the south westside like we did. Not nearly as exciting as when we lived in bayview. But then again I havent had any windows smashed out of my car. And there are a bunch of cheap homes over here. But ours is wee. We need a new one soon.

south westside? like hales corners? i would have a hard time moving away from bayview. im totally attached. however, i know its getting more pricey by the nanosecond.

we live near serb hall on 51st and oklahoma. It is a nice neighborhood but it is boring. There is no hifi or rushmore within walking distance. But, Bayview is getting far too trendy for my taste. It seems to be the new alternative to shorewood.
