Well, here I go reading this horrifying excuse for a book. First thing I notice? That first page, where there are six periods for five paragraphs? In the first three of those paragraphs, there are eight, count 'em, eight hyphens ( Read more... )

The next chapter starts off with a positively heartbreaking description of the death of her mother, of course. Then it implies her father has a drinking problem. The sueness is just amazing.

It's on par in quality but without the commercial success. I plan to read more while setting up my planets tonight...
