My birthday was 5 days ago. Just in case you didn't know. My party was awesome. Browned out, but nothing to worry about. I'm so glad I have such awesome friends here. They really know how to throw a party, and make me feel comfortable at the same time. I can only hope that I keep these friends for the rest of my life

Mmm. Everyone has to be somewhere. The trick is being comfortable with where you are currently while still striving to improve. But you've got it right; the desire to improve is the step that's needed. After you've established that, a little hard work and willpower usually makes things fall into place.
Happy belated birthday! And congratulations on no longer being able to be a part of teenage drop out rate statistics or anything like that
