The Democrats have gone socialist/Marxist. The Republicans are the new Democrats.
... and the only party coming close to what the Republicans used to stand for (small gov) is the Libertarians with no prayer of taking the oval office.

It'd be funny if I wasn't crying after hearing that climate change has been officially added as part of the Republican platform.

Unfortunately, it looks like the antichri... err... our sav... err... Comrade Obama is going to get elected. Please don't misunderstand, McCain is only the lesser of evils - but still evil. Oh, almost forgot.... Obama is about hope and change - I just hope to have some change left from my paycheck when he gets through redistributing wealth.
