I spent 2.5 hours at the hospital today, first talking with the infectious disease specialist and then going for a number of tests.  Based on my symptoms, they think that I may have something more systemic than Lyme disease- the words Lupus, rheumatoid arthritis, Crones disease, thyroid, mono and others were suggested and I will be tested for all

Jaime, you know well enough that I am no stranger to medical hardship. Though my situation is very different from yours, I empathize with your difficulties and uncertainty about the future of your malady. Keep your spirits up.
