Oh Adam. I don't doubt for a second you would wear platforms in the snow. And a top hat, but that goes w/o saying.

I love Kris as a bartender. He really has the whole demeanor for it.

And I agree with Simon's thoughts on cool vs. fun.

But then...on to the mystery! OMG, so much fun with unlikely partners and Kris just quietly there in the background. I knew he would make a good bartender--the type of person people just tell things to indeed. And Nigel as a man with a shady past he shares with Simon and a drug dealer is totally awesome.

Am totally on board with this!

I'm really excited! I've never written a mystery before even though it is my genre of choice, but I think it went pretty well! You'll definitely have to let me know as it goes along.

I love a good mystery and this has all the elements to be a great one. I really like how you incorporated all the characters into the story and hello! David Cook and Adam Lambert being bitchy with each other is just hilarious. I really like how level-headed Kris is here and I can totally see him being the voice of reason (with an edge). I can't believe I have to wait another week to read another update, the suspense is killing me!!!

I adore mysteries, so I'm very pleased this one peaked your interest! Definitely the interactions between David, Kris and Adam were the fun part of writing the story, so I'm glad that shows through.

I love that Adam wears platforms in the snow. I love Kris being adorable. I love that the drugs have the 19 stamp on it. I love the music. I love the Rymon and most of all... I love that Danny Gokey isn't in this (yet?).

I kinda want to move in to this story--like kick off my platform boots and stay awhile. The way you've worked everybody in is seamless and the plot is weaved in so you don't notice it's moving along in a seemingly effortless way.
