I'm so glad you like the backstory parts; I originally wrote them just to work things out for myself and then realized that the story could use them. So, yay!

Every time another word comes out of Ryan's mouth I think that!

Nick and Scott and their shirts are a reference to a movie which I'll reveal next week!

So many good things happening in this chapter. I always wandered how Kris' and Adam's make out session transpired. Very hot! It needs to happen again :D. Allison and Archie? Aww! Too cute for words. Paula and Kara being friends, interesting twist! I really loved this!

By the way, these were adorable:

Adam cocked his head. "Dude, you have a fish on your car."

Scott, as usual, just sat and listened as Nick prattled on about this or that, and Ryan wondered if he knew that all of his shirts were purple, or if this was some weird long-running prank that Nick was pulling on him.
