I'm so sorry, sweetheart. Break ups suck... especially when you have been together for so long. And I know you probably feel lost because you probably feel like a part of you is missing, but I totally understand because I have been there!
Just keep your chin up, and try to make it through for your sake and Jayden's!
And I know it's hard to believe right now, but it'll eventually be ok!
