Soo ... I received a petition yesterday from Danny/his lawyer to come to court February 9 over custody of Tyler Jayden. I'm glad that I received this on such short notice, so that I have to hurry my ass off to find a lawyer. But no need worrying about me ... because Huck Honeycutt (sp?) is only a phone call away. And that bastard's about as good

I can't believe he would want to take Jayden away from you especially now after what 2 years?? That's crazy, I think taking a child away from their mother is just awful and what's worse is Jayden doesn't even understand everything that will be going on. I hope everything turns out okay for you, make sure you keep us updated please. =)

Someone told me Danny did that, I can't remember who.. But I remember saying that there can't be any way he can get Jayden. He really has to be the DUMBEST person ever, for even thinking about doing that. Jayden is a lot better living with you & kendall. but, don't worry. dannys just stupid & is about to prove to himself how dumb he really is, haha!
