Of course it was. i've heard her read the opening of Blackfire several times and the popobawa story twice, and it's always awesome.

She didn't read unfortunately but we did sit and drink coffee talking about cons, authors, Ian, her books, and lots of other things.
I can't speak for anyone else but I had an excellent time and bought Cold Ones and Blackfire.
