Reasons:
negative:
# 1
- coloring is nice, but crop looks awkward and background makes it look too much.
- text is totally getting lose in the image. Didn't even realize it was there for the longest time.

- too red colouring, oversaturated and oversharpen icon.
- the saturation is way too high.
- coloring has left everything overly red
- the red blob is a bit much
- The coloring is too red
- too red JLo's face and skin
- very pretty coloring overall, but her skin is just too red
- dont like that red "effect"

- too simply and dark
- coloring is too dark
- icon is a little bit dark and her face is too yellow
- Jen is too orange in the face, and the icon is overall too dark. The notebook texture doesn't fit the icon either.
- the cropping is too tight
- The coloring makes the icon really yellow, and the texture is very unflattering on such a gorgeous picture of Jen.
- the black space is distracting and the colouring unflattering
- too yellow colouring makes Jen's face look sick, too dark and oversaturated.

- i dont like how face comes to up corner, it looks big and cuted. font's too simple and too dark. cg, crop and font dont match each other.
- her eyes is a little bit sharpen, unpretty cropping and text distract the icon, cause it's too heavy and contrasting

- too greenish, croping dont give any pluses to icon, dotted lines almost invicible so there's not big sense in using them. darken green line above looks kinda weird..

- Coloring is too purple, as if she has a very shining forehead. also tiny text doesn't fit in.
- the white line is distracting and the text doesn't look necessary either
- too much purple colours!

- The coloring is a bit too much, being really purple like that is unflattering on Jen's skin tone. Also the side of the icon with the text and stuff is pretty distracting.
