Reasons:
negative:

- Background doesn't fit in.

- pale, darkish, doesnt contait any sense as icon
- the coloring is very dull, nothing makes it stand out.
- icon is somewhat boring in comparision to the others, nothing about it makes it really stands out, coloring feels kind of flat
- awkward cropping

- too darken blue, simple crop, font doesnt match icon in total
- mostly because of colours, it's interesting idea with blend, but blue color distract everything, also images are blurry
- font's too simple
- Allthough the switching images from b&w to blue are very lovley thought of, the pictures are blurry, not much contrast and the text is pixely.
- text i making icon too busy and is getting lost in the picture
