Elias will have to learn that pregnancy is not like getting hit by a car. There's only a limited amount of mother hen she'll put up with. He's in the unenviable position of trying to walk the line between pampering and coddling.

Poor Ruby. Of course she wants to tell Elias before Rose, but then Rose only knew because Elias had been discussing it with Peter.
