Has she ever been asked to dye her hair or chop it off or anything?

She's been asked to dye it, I'm sure. And I think she has done, a time or two--much to Elias's horror.

Alas, I don't know that Elias would appreciate that joke. At least, not at first. Ruby, I'm sure, could find a way to make him see the humor (or advantage) in it.
