While it might not show as well not having updates since the '70s could be a plus. You can try and get a lower price. Also you can make those updates the way you want.

We can't afford to do all the updates it needs ... Cosmetic stuff is one thing, but structural is out of our price range. That's the thing with the 3rd one and all the landscaping too ... there is a pond and a hot tub built into their multi level deck. All I see when I look at that stuff is $$$$$$!!
