He's in perikalia: just search the page for BELLOCK, and you'll find him. :)

A small detail is missing: the effect on reputation in the Hatra ruins when you lead Cpt Addison there. I'm guessing it's +3/-3 depending on whether you kill Addison or Reinart. Just to be thorough this ought to be added.

You don't have a section in there for the bonespeak ruins. You talked about the quest for finding the shaper scout and the amulet, but there is no section on how to complete the area. I am currently fighting Footracer and I have no idea how to kill her, she just keeps reviving.

Other then that it is an awesome guide.

Small correction for Travald's Crypt. Tholoss is to the NW, not the NE. No idea how to get into the rooms in the NE, though. Note that once you see Tholoss and leave, you can't get back to that part of the crypt.

Those northeast doors only open if you fight travald's advisor -- they spit out some critters, IIRC. They can't be opened if one takes the leadership approach.
