A) Sweetness B) As far as changing the audio on it I think there a couple solutions (based on pure speculation). Typically the audio file is stored on a chip that's mass burned with the file. The circuit board of the Win button may have serial pins that could be used to flash the chip with a new file.. but that would require software and likely some hardware. Still playing with the Win buttons circuit board, getting a recorder that uses an internal flash chip might work if the chips are the same size. The recorders chip could go into the board. Unlikely. Or use a recorder or fin a talking toything that says what you want. Pop the bits out and rework the insides of the Win button to hold the trigger button in the right spot (Knead-a-tite, Sculpty if the plastic can take ~130C in the oven) and ... win.
Working in electronics now I've been picking up stuff by osmosis XD. Doing wacky modding things with leds and such like.
