THIS. It's always so final when a horse sustains a injury, isn't it? :-(

I want to go to the races with you, I like the way that you talk.

My sympathy to Zenyatta. A weanling has been weaned, but are they still kept around the mother for a while? She might know that her baby didn't go to the far pasture to live and have fun.

I've got no thoughts as I'm not a racing fan or a horse person in general (apparently, I'm allergic like I am to every animal that's not something lame like a bird or a lizard), but I live in an area with horse trails and I always envy those lucky bastards.
