We had another couple of ball games this weekend. Neither one went all that well. We lost on Friday night 16-14 and got spanked 21-6 on Saturday, that game only lasted five innings

Slugging percentage, yes. It's Total Bases divided by At Bats. So far, Jay has hit himself two singles in five at bats, giving him 2 TB and 5 AB, meaning a SLG of .400.
Typically, it signifies how good the batter is at hitting for power, since if you get a double or a home run during an at bat, you get more total bases than just a single. For example, Troy Glaus leads the Blue Jays right now with a SLG of .641 (granted, smaller sample size than Rios/Wells/Hill etc). Glaus has hit six home runs, three doubles, and eleven singles, giving him 6*(4) + 3*(2) + 11*(1) = 41 TB in 64 AB. It can also show how good a batter is speed wise, as they'll hit more doubles and triples than slow guys do.
Oh, and Jay, you only walked once on Friday. Stop inflating your stats.
yeah, typo...I put in the season that I only walked once...Also, I'm pretty sure Tyler knows what slugging is...he was just asking about the abbreviation.
