Not a good night for sleep

Last night and this morning were not good sleeping times last night it was the neighbors outside this morning the neighbor that shares the same walll as me. At about 10:30 he/she started cranking up there music at 10:30 this morning, and I swear they had ESP because as soon as I was about to walk over there they turned it off. But it's too late
