It wasn't a fluke two years ago, it was because I was tricked into trash-talking. That Gonzaga victory is a direct result of my own hubris, and said hubris will not be happening again.
(Of course, if Ty Lawson's toe doesn't shrink a bit, my hubris will be a moot point, but still...)
The charitable explanation is that they have very restrictive rules about teams not being allowed to meet in the first two or three rounds, and that they simply weren't able to get it right.
The slightly less charitable explanation is that they don't know they got the seeding wrong.
