hey, i drink protein mix b/c it helps re-build the muscles. i lifted 3 days in a row last week b/c that's when time allowed and my arms weren't as sore as normal. protein is really good for you. ~britney

well, i can't help you with the muscle problem, but perhaps simmering or sparking would be better words? yeah, i don't know :-p
