"And I am a writer, writer of fictions"- Maybe I twist things to suit my own needs. Did I only need you and not want you or was it the other way around. I don't know which came first.
"I am the heart that you call home"- You won't ever be rid of me. My life is there, and for a sense of community I would always go back to the same places. Like ideas and hobbies tend to draw people together. Maybe you just like people who have endeared themselves to family and friends.
"And I've written pages upon pages"- I will not write much more without response.
"Trying to rid you from my bones"- It is the only reasonable thing. Drive this toxin from my body with water if I could.

"I'm a money lender"- Not money I am sure, but whatever sense of calm or happiness you get from me I only lend.
"I have fortunes upon fortunes"- There must be some return and for that I just have not ever seen enough. Profit, or the illusion of is what people seek.

"I am tortured, ever tortured"- Why the return my girl? Had I not been offensive enough?
