So…(dramatic pause),I broke my ankle yesterday while out on a walk with Jen and Mark. Actually, I chipped a bone on the side of my ankle. Doesn’t sound as dramatic but I assure you, plenty painful. It doesn't have to be about the events of your day. How about musings on life in general... thoughts on your situation... that sort of thing?
