This as been a good year so far. I love being with all my friends, and making new ones. Last weekend a girl walked up to me and asked "Are you Mike... Mike Strange? I was one of your bridesmaids!!!" Well, that was amazing that she recognized me after 23 years. We spent the afternoon together getting caught up and watching her daughter ride the swan

The Ren Faire photog invited me to Ren Faire not last weekend but the weekend before that. I went on Saturday and I couldn't move 3 ft without being photographed. He got a total of maybe 8 minutes with me in a non populated area where you could actually take halfway decent photos. Less than 2 minutes into it, there were about 7 cameras around me. I got pretty irritated as it was keeping me from having a good time. It's hard trying to carry on a conversation when you're interrupted mid-sentence by someone wanting a picture taken by their cell phone every 2 minutes.

I even stopped you for a picture, but didn't recognize you. I wish I had known it was you. I'm sorry that you didn't get a chance to enjoy yourself fully.

Yeah, I thought that was you, but didn't want to feel like an idiot if I was wrong. I was just upset because my friend hadn't been there before and I couldn't really explain a whole lot being interrupted.
