Would it do more damage to the twisted assholes that live across the street from us to call the ASPCA, Animal Control or the Humane Society about them keeping a puppy outside in a crate all day and night and apparently spraying it down with a hose while its in the crate. Its seriously the most pathetic sounding animal I've ever heard.
