For the first time since I've had her, I squirted water on the cat to contain her disruptive behavior.

She starts running and then jumps up and attaches herself to an open door's frame. She uses her strong claws to hold herself perfectly there.

She jumps down after a few seconds as I start screaming at her. She knows it's 'bad' to do it, yet she tries it once almost every day.

It's time I start using more irritating punishment to discourage her.
