This was wonderful! It is really cool to see Ben's POV during this time, as well. There were so many parts that were brilliant and/or made me laugh. You have an excellent grasp on writing Ben - his thoughts, actions, and motives are very in-character here, so great job!
He couldn't let himself be the reason Pawnee never loved her back. This line got to me...because it is so self-sacrificing, which pretty much sums Ben up when it comes to Leslie's dreams.

Ben's jealousy of Ann is accurate. I mean, I'm glad they don't go there on the show, because a lot of other things were going on, but it is so very much in-character that Ben would be at least a little bit jealous of Ann during this time frame.
This is so great. I loved every section of it, especially Ben being jealous of Ann (not in a bad way, just in a natural 'she's spending a lot of time with the person I love' way) and backstory on the claymation (side bar: I also loved your other claymation story), and the hesitance over him joining her campaign. This is just a good, good piece. Awesome stuff.
This was excellent! You captured the theme absolutely perfectly, particularly the way Ben struggled with not being a part of Leslie's campaign team, and how they came around to totally working as a team again, both in their relationship and on the campaign. Li'l Sebastian's origin story was excellent, and hearing more about the claymation (in particular, claymation porn!) was hilarious.
And don't feel self-conscious about the sex scenes, you did a great job and they were hot, in character, AND they beautifully supported and progressed the plot. Their attempt at ambitious against-the-door sex, admission of defeat due to logistics, and subsequent "I just need you"/suggestion of bed and snuggling was just so perfect.
Thanks! I actually don't like smut where very normal people pull off extraordinary feats of sexual prowess, so I'm glad my rebuttal to that resonated with readers, too. And thanks for all the lovely thoughts!
Kidding! Kind of! Loved this. Still love the idea of Ben knowingly taking on ALL the risk. And then later takes so much responsibility for her campaign failing. Also love that he had the Li'l Sebastian doll ALL along. And the little tease trying to get each other to say "I love you". And obviously April and Andy teasing Ben about claymaysh porn. Because OF COURSE. :)
