Large ziplock bags work well too. If you get jars make sure they are hermetic.

I got ziplocks on everything for now. I've been slowly putting everything in food storage canisters anyway, but now I'm getting everything.

At least now I know where the damn moths are coming from that are eating my sweaters.

Ack! I so know what you're going through. That happened to me in college and I found out when I cooked my rice with eggs and maggots!!!! Now everything is in plastic containers or ziplocks. Check your ziplocks though because I've had the bugs work their way back in from small openings on the side.
