I will totally help you punk out and know exactly what you need. It's way easy if this is really what you want, but I suggest you go with a different color tie with red. You want to be ounking, not a Billy Joe Wannabe.

Here is what you have to buy:
A pair of black Dickies
A studded belt probably from Hot Topic
A black dress shirt you can cut the sleeves off (at least I think that's how he does it)
A solid colored tie
Masiive hair gel

I dunno if you are talking eye liner or not but I advise against it. I am not sure your eyes are the right shape for it to work. But, if you need eye liner, I'm your girl. We can probably figure out how to spike your hair too!
