Please don't stop! Remember that some folks might not read until it's all posted, personally I don't do WIPs as I adore a good long, involving read and reading it in bits and pieces spoils it for me. I only took a sneaky peek at this part to reassure myself it wasn't going to make me too sad. Still feeling kind of fragile... Promise to comment when it's done, okay? Beautiful Iris was one of my first favourite fics in this fandom back when there wasn't much good long fic around.

I had a problem a while back. I was diagnosed with cancer - now in remission - and didnt really feel lke writing.
I was also ina situation where my english lecturer k=just kinda drained me of all confidence and made me stop
I shall never stop this story = well, ot until it finished lol

Very interesting story. It took me a moment to realise Jack was being a naughty boy and going back in time to see Ianto, it's very sad he's doing that to himself. He's so close to getting Ianto back but he can't out right go back and save Ianto because that would change the time line.
Love how Jack has kept in contact with Ianto's family and Mica is a great character. Interesting to see this plan be completed since Jack has gone back in time and planted the seeds

i like to write dofferent stories... not a fan of... oh ill go bak in time and resue him ebfore e dies fics and i dont think i ould rite an 'and it was all a dream' fic cos personally this is tw and we have much more creative ways and charaters ... having said that do like to read the odd quick-fix fic lol
