Pepper Steak
1-1 ½ pounds of top sirloin or tenderloin, cut thin into 1-inch wide by 2 1/2-inch long strips
3 tbls flour
3 tbls oil (some recipes call for butter)
2-3 garlic cloves, diced
½ onion cut into lengthwise slices (not rings) (divided in half)
