For the satellite piccies... lots an' lotsThe view I most often peek at is "visible" under "Atlantic" under the first heading, GOES-East/West Hurricane Sectors. If you want to check out the weather coming off Cape Verde that actually forms into each hurricane, you can see it by scrolling nearly to the bottom of the page: under the heading METEOSAT-7, the "visible" or "infra-red" views give you the best idea of what's going on out there. Right now, tonight, the infra-red view shows you two systems that have recently come off the Cape and have the potential to become major storms. 'Tis ultimate coolness, yesyes
