Picnic Catering?

If you were invited to a construction company's picnic this summer, and you were a big, burly construction worker, what would you like to see for food

Corn on the cob? Turkey legs? Garlic bread? Jerk chicken/pork/fish? Grilled oysters?

Those are all good food ideas, but I'm looking more for companies that would supply those foods. :)
