Jo snarled a little at the assumption that just because her Momma had died that she didn't get mothered. She got quite mothered enough. But then she shook her head. Getting emotional about this again. She sat down and wrote out a reply and then forwarded a copy of the picture up to Da....Dr. McCoy

Don't sell yourself short - you are very lovely. Just beautiful.
Sounds like you don't have much time to sit around and just lollygag around. Biotechnology - that's amazing. I'll have to drop some material around my Jo and see if she takes to it.
I'm glad that you had your father, and whomever else was in his life to raise you. He told me that things were different in your childhood. I don't know your mother, but I feel sure that she only wanted what was best for you.
Thank you for writing back. I hope it wasn't terrible. If you ever needed anything, I hope you'll let me know.
Just don't treat her like she is merely capable of what other children her age is, and she'll find her passion.
I doubt the life I lived would have pleased her but I loved it. She had her own ideas of where my life should have headed.
It was not horrible. If you like you can continue to write to me. I'd also like to write your daughter. If you prefer I have a cover story in mind if you do not feel up to the task of explaining alternate dimensions and alternate versions of people.
