Never buy a home when you're a thousand miles away. Daniel is in Virginia right now looking for homes and he sucks at it. I keep finding homes I like and by the time I get him to go with the realtor to see the house an offer is already put in for it. We found a 1920 Victorian house that was gutted and remodeled but the owner was being really picky
