That poem is a line-by-line satire of the original - "Ode to Enchanted Light" - which is one of my favourites of his.
There's actually two versions of this poem. The Antigonish Review version has "overflowering" (a typo they made which I really like) but Umbrella preferred "overflowing" (which is what I'd originally written, and is the word Neruda uses). I'm kind of on the fence but decided to use the overflowering version because it's not already available on the internet.
