To help sleeping try using fennel in evening meal, or pop some of the fresh herb or seeds in boiling water for 10 mins add honey and and whatever other herbs you like the taste of..goes well with lemon and ginger and drink either hot or chilled :)
To help with the itching loose cotton shirt, antihistamines, paracetamol and ibuprofen..just a low dose of easch to keep swelling downa nd the edge off the pain from the burns.
To help with the boss i suggest a big piece of 2by4:) or yucky thing in his coffee.
