though on the physical aspect of my own well-being... not so good. eye infection that won't go away... eczema on my hands just got insanely worse... when the prescription doesn't work, and the essential oil lotion doesn't work... what the fuck do you do?

No idea about the hands, but the eyes might be helped by the antibacterial eye drops that Polysporin makes.

yeah, i've got those. at first i went with generic brand, but they stung... now i've had the polysporin ones for a day. think it's a wise idea to use both polysporin and visine drops?
