i really dont know you. i think we talked once because of andrew but i read that entry and im like that so much. around people im happy, or appear happy and then when im alone with myself and all the shit that gathers up all day when im trying to seem happy it all just crumbles and im a mess. i dont know what to do but if you want to talk to someone who is the same way, my screen name on aim is weezerfan012. this might seem awkward me just posting randomly but i know how hard it is. while its not over a break up for me its over boy troubles...its amazing how much we let them break us down..honestly if you need to talk to someone going through the same thing...leave me an IM. -shayna.+

Jocelyn, I know what you're going through. Because you're with other people all the time, you're not talking about Josh or thinking about Josh because there are other people around you to distract your mind from these kinds of things. And then when you're alone, there's no one there to talk to or to ease your mind or get you to not think about him. I know you don't want to hurt Ryan, so the best thing to do is to tell him how you feel about this so that he knows. Maybe he can help you in a way that you don't really think he can. I know what it's like to be happy in public but then in the privacy of your own home you just break down crying. I love you Jocelyn. I'm here for you. Like I said before, if you are without human contact, it gets worse. So if you can't find that, then you have to find something to distract your thoughts from it, like exercise, a funny movie, or what I find useful, playing an instrument.
