And the candy sure did flow, but before I get to that part I'd like to comment on the warfare. I saw and heard more firecrackers this year than I saw cops and trick-or-treaters combined. There weren't very many kids due to the rain, which also confuses me. How are people lighting off fireworks while it's raining? I thought rain put out fire?
