How frustrating not to skate your moves as well as you know you can! Still, I'm mightily impressed that you attempted the test - rockers and choctaws, oh my!

p.s. Judge 3 was a total crankypants! 3.8 on foward power circles when the other 2 passed you - wtf?! poop on him/her!
you are sooooo close though!

Seriously! Apparently Judge 3 used to be a really fair judge, but in the past few years has turned into a real hardass. My coach is going to talk to the test chair about the judges for the next panel because a lot of people failed. The chair refused to tell any of the coaches who the judges were, too.

Yeah, I didn't want to jinx it by talking up my test and then having to explain to everyone I failed. :-( Oh well!

Stay positive and you *will* get there! Sounds like you're so close. Good grief, I don't even know any adults who are attempting Junior MITF. I'm terribly proud of you for getting to where you are, and believe along with you that you'll go even farther.

Thanks :D I've been skating off-and-on since I was 8, started private lessons at 14 (I'm 26 now), so it's a long time coming!
