Today marks the first day of my program's Biggest Loser competition. Yes I bought a scale for the classroom, yes we will be weighing in weekly, yes I'm about to go crazy with my weight loss. Why? Only because I have PCOS and I want to be healthy. I love my body with 100% confidence, but I am sad to say that I have to watch parts of it disappear (
