it is my daily minimum (well, not fridays). that is usually an hour spent on the elliptical, the stairmachine, the treadmill (usually a combination of two or three of them) and then 20 minutes on a stationary bike doing a random-hill program on the max level (with some breaks on the supper big hills).
a side vent: in, say, december i was doing just this level of cardio (and little else besides eating not-horribly) and i was losing around a half pound a day. for the past few months, though, i have been very stressed and this same level of activity has resulted in no weight loss whatsoever. in fact, i gained a pound or two. now, when i am less stressed, i have dropped three pounds in two days. ridiculous! i am not complaining about the weight loss, but i find my body's reaction to stress so incredibly eye-rollable that my butt and i are barely on speaking terms.
