Under, and through, the rainbow

About a month ago now, maybe a bit more, we had one of those wonderful summer storms.  It hit at about 5 PM complete with sluicing rain and darkness enough to trigger automatic lights to come on.

We had a double rainbow the year Scooter started Kindergarten. The other parents and I were showing the kids the wonder when the teacher came out and talked to them about it. It was a joyful occasion.
